Induction Programs

People and Teams has developed many ‘Welcome Aboard' programs for organisations that benefit from providing a genuine and thorough orientation to new members of their work teams.In consultation with the organisation, we tailor a program that is time effective and provides the new entrant with the clarity, boundaries, expectations, visions, potential and processes needed for them to be successful in their new role. 

This clarity can assist the new employee to connect with the organisation from their first day, understand the business' objectives and identify with their role in that objective.  In understanding their role and responsibilities, they often become productive sooner, have a greater role definition and understand the impact of team effectiveness.

The program can be broken into segments to give businesses the option of delivering the programs in modular format over a period of weeks, or in its entirety over the first few days of employment.

This program can be designed to have an internal representative deliver it to the new staff, or a representative of People and Teams can facilitate the program on behalf of the company.
