Team Effectiveness beings with self awareness.

These highly interactive and thought provoking sessions, guide participants though a series of activities and exercises to maximize learning and personal reflection to assist in the transfer of learnings back to the workplace.

The objective of these sessions is to have participants consider team effectiveness in terms of the mix of strengths each individual contributes. Often using a professional instrument* to assist with self awareness, activities are facilitated to fully explore the impact of having different preferences, priorities, personalities and temperaments within a work team. Activities are structured to allow participants to practice communication, presentation, problem solving and conflict resolution techniques that will lead to enhanced colleague and customer relationships.

These sessions are very lively and engaging and designed using accelerated learning techniques to cater for all learning styles.
