Pauline Gargan is the Founder and Principal of People and Teams, an Australian training and development organisation, specialising in Team Effectiveness, Leadership and Customer Service and Sales and Induction Programs. Whilst those components may sound diverse, Pauline believes these components are inextricably linked for truly successful organisational outcomes, irrespective of the nature of the business.
