Tropical North Queensland Institute of Tafe

Pauline Gargan is known to Tropical North Queensland Institute of TAFE (TNQIT) through her involvement in delivering workshops for the Learning and Development day, delivering the FISH philosophy to staff and conducting a number of workshops, team building and planning sessions with the Institute’s Leadership Team. 

Pauline’s energy, insight and versatility has provided individuals and teams at TNQIT with different ways of working, greater understandings of themselves and others and strategies to manage organisational change and well being.  

Pauline is very professional in her interactions with staff, accommodation of our needs and provides ongoing advice and support to the organisation.  It is our hope that we will maintain an ongoing connection with Pauline and People and Teams.
