Customer Service Training

People and Teams have developed a very popular Customer Service program than is easily tailored to specific industries and organisations.

The program is made up of six modules covering all facets of customer service, including service standards, telephone techniques, dealing with difficult customers, language and other communication and many other topics.  

Also catering for a Sales focus, People and Teams has designed a total Customer Service and Sales training package ideal for any business wishing to deepen customer relationships through providing exemplary customer service and to increase their sales figures through ethical and focus selling techniques and strategies.

Each program is divided into six separate modules, complete with activities and workshops to maximise learning. This provides business the option of splitting the modules into unit based learning sessions over a period of time, or to deliver the program in one unit.

Sales modules include a variety of proven successful sales techniques, add-on selling, building pipelines for future sales and consultative, ethical, relationship based selling.

Many clients enjoy the use of the total Customer Service and Sales training package, allowing them to create a structured monthly learning program and/or review over the 12 months of each year.

To maximise the success of his training package, we have provided further support by way of a dedicated coaching program for those within the organisation who will be the Customer Service and Sales Leaders. This Leading/Coaching program is specifically developed and delivered to the leaders prior to the training package roll out, to ensure those leaders are skilled in the techniques and coaching patterns required for the employee's success.
