We provide both face-to-face and phone ‘secret' shopping and provide comprehensive feedback through detailed reports to enable management to identify coaching opportunities and areas for positive re-enforcement.
Some clients choose to run a one month Secret Shop Program periodically, whereby a consultant from People and Teams will make calls to the business and physically visit the place of business under the guise of an everyday customer.
Using standard questions on a response form, tailored for each business, the consultant can then provide feedback to business management and/or owner, based on the customer service quality and sales techniques used in the interaction. This information can be used as a basis for team meetings, coaching sessions and as a measure of success.
